Our Owner, John Bendon, has lived in the Alma area for most of his life. John has been exposed to a multitude of Trades the majority of his life and holds a Mechanical Contractors License with the Michigan State License Board. John has worked as an HVAC service technician for the last 20 years. In Jan 2019, John decided to take a leap and start his own business, Bendon Heating and Cooling. John takes much pride in the work he provides and believes that every client should be respected and given options, he always has their best interest in mind. His troubleshooting skills are exceptional.
John says that anything worth doing is worth overdoing and you cannot climb the ladder of success with your hands in your pocket.
When John is not running service or working on success as a business owner, he enjoys hunting, bowling, and golfing.

Timm Johnson – Mechanical Contractor. Timm has been working in the HVAC and plumbing field since 2008. His tenure in the industry has been focused primarily in the field of HVAC service. Timm performs service and general maintenance, as well as new installations on a wide variety of furnaces, mini split systems, boilers and water heaters. Timm holds a Mechanical Contractor license from the State of Michigan with classifications in Hydronic Heating and Cooling and Process Piping, HVAC Equipment, Heating Service, and Cooling and Refrigeration Service.
