Details About Our Service Plan
Discounted Rate on HVAC Services—When you sign up for our service incentive plan, you immediately benefit from a discounted rate when we work on your home. Labor rates on services are also discounted when you sign up for our service plan!
Service Priority – Signing up for our service plan doesn’t just stop at providing a discounted rate on your work. When it comes to getting us out for a non-emergency service appointment, those who have opted for our plan get priority over those who have not. Your call will be at the top of our list after all emergency calls are completed. Please note that this is subject to our discretion as well. If you want a reliable means of ensuring your home can be routinely worked on, signing up for our service plan is a great idea!
Payment Structure – As part of our service plan and the discounted rates you will receive, we ask that any work under $1,000 be paid at the completion of the service. As for installation projects that will cost over $1,000, we ask that you pay 75% of the total cost at the time of scheduling and the remaining 25% at completion. Bendon Heating & Cooling will provide all materials at your price, so you don’t have to pay for them! They will also be of the best quality to ensure the work done on your home is exactly what you expect.
