Less Expensive Option – When you sign up for our service plan, you immediately start experiencing the benefits. This includes reduced rates on house calls, no matter when they are made. Need an emergency service done, or have something happen over the holidays? You can be confident that you are paying less for this inopportune call thanks to your enrollment in the plan. Labor costs on installs are also reduced when you are a part of our service plan!
Increased Priority – The benefits of our service plan don’t end with reduced rates on house calls and installs. You also receive increased priority on non-emergency service by enrolling with our plan. After our emergency calls have been completed, your call gets put at the top of the list, along with other service plan enrollees. This way, you can be sure that the work you need is done without waiting too long. One thing to note is that these calls are subject to our discretion, so we ask that you keep this in mind.
Unique Payment Structure—Thanks to the reduced rates on labor and materials that you get with our service plan, we employ a unique payment structure as well. We ask that 75% of the total work be paid upfront. The remaining 25% is paid after the service is completed. Note that the price you are given also includes the price of materials.
